Home delivery: Free on every order over 199 shekels.

Self-pickup: From our studio in Ra'anana, by prior arrangement and free of charge
Home deliveries will usually reach you within 3 to 7 business days.
Since your orders are printed on demand, there may sometimes be additional delays due to inventory shortages, malfunctions, or shipping delays.
For a package that was delivered to the customer after three weeks, the customer will receive compensation equal to the cost of the relevant shipping fees only.
A package that was not delivered to the customer, for a reason other than failure to collect the package on time or providing an incorrect address, the customer will receive a full refund or have the package resentment at his/her choice, without additional participation in shipping costs.
After completing the order, when you proceed to checkout, the shipping options will be detailed. You must select your preferred shipping method.
After placing your order, shipping details and order details will be sent to you by email.
For deliveries that arrive with a courier to your home, a message to coordinate the delivery will be sent to you by the courier company via SMS.
For self-pickup deliveries, when the shipment is ready you will receive an email with the pickup details.
Our orders reach every point in the country.
No additional fee will be charged for our clients in Eilat, the Arava, or other remote locations.
There may be delays in deliveries to evacuated communities.

We ship orders to the USA, France, UK and Germany. Production is close to or right in the destination country so shipments arrive in similar time frames to the country.
Shipping abroad is free over 199 NIS. The price below is calculated automatically at checkout.
- There are certain differences in the availability and costs of items abroad that can be seen once you select a destination country. Returns abroad are only possible with return shipping to Israel and not with local shipping.
If you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible by email to the studio and update the change. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us by email and update the change as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been shipped, we can make the change free of charge. If your package has already been shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and make an exchange according to the options detailed in the Exchanges and Returns area.

Exchanges and returns
Have you regretted it for any reason? No problem, you can return any item to our studio, as long as it has not been used, within 14 days of receiving the item:
A full refund, minus shipping fees, will be made within 10 business days of receiving the order to our studio, to the payment method used to make the purchase, or alternatively a credit towards a new purchase on the site.
Returns can be brought to our studio or via courier for a cost of 20 shekels. Abroad, the item must be sent back to Israel independently.
Did you receive a size that doesn't fit you? Did you regret it for any reason? You can easily exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it:

Please check the integrity of the package contents within a reasonable time of 14 days from the moment of receiving the package. If it is found that there is a fault with the product, the studio must be informed of the fault. If a product is received that does not match the order, including: printing on a different product / printing error / damaged product. A picture must be sent to us explaining the nature of the fault, and thus the purchaser will be entitled to receive the product he ordered at no additional charge, or to receive a refund for the item, according to the amount appearing on the receipt. The customer will not be entitled to any additional compensation. It is clarified that a deviation of 20% in the size or color tones of the garment or print does not constitute a reason for non-conformity.

The studio must be informed as soon as possible of any changes to the order, including a correct address and available telephone numbers. Changes can also be made to the order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been picked up by the courier, you must wait for the package to be received and make an exchange for the required item.
