general
These regulations are written in the masculine gender, but they apply to all genders.
These regulations are binding on every person, whether an individual, a company or other entity, who visits the site. They constitute the legal basis for any legal discussion between the surfer and the owners of the site. (hereinafter referred to as out and about/the studio)
Anyone who uses the site and its services thereby expresses full agreement and awareness of these Terms and Conditions, including all of their clauses and conditions. Therefore, if anyone who uses the site does not agree to any of the clauses specified in the Terms and Conditions, they will not use it at all and will exit it immediately.
A condition for purchasing on the site is that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older.
Out and about reserves the exclusive right to make changes to the site, prices or services offered therein, for any reason and at any time without reason and without the need to notify in advance and without any liability on its part.
The studio's computer records will constitute evidence of the actions taken therein.
Use of the site is for personal purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to use the site or its products of any kind other than for personal and non-commercial use.
The studio reserves the right to prevent any use of the site and to cancel a transaction for any surfer who uses the site in an unlawful manner, that does not comply with the provisions of the regulations, that is intended to harm the functioning of the site, its competition, that could harm the reputation of the site, or that is used in an abusive manner.
You may not copy/reproduce or use any part of the site, including the regulations, without obtaining written permission.

All intellectual property rights (whether registered rights or rights that have not yet been registered and/or are in the process of being registered) in connection with the information and/or the website, including, without derogating from the generality of the foregoing: copyrights, domain names ("Domain"), patents, trademarks including the name, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, designs, trademarks, know-how, methods, the manner of presentation and design of the website, as well as any matter or detail related to the website, are the exclusive property of the owners of the company and they are the licensees of their use, and the use of all said rights is permitted to the owners of the website exclusively and/or in accordance with the terms of the license granted to the website.

On-site reservations
Out and about does not undertake to hold stock of all products appearing on the site, confirmation of purchase is conditional on the product being in stock. It should be clarified that there may be cases in which, although an item is presented on the site as being in stock, it does not actually exist or cannot be supplied. In this situation, the studio is not obligated to sell the product, and the purchaser will have no claim and/or claim in this matter for any type of damage, direct or indirect. The aforementioned is subject to the site management refunding the customer any amount paid if he did indeed pay for it.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, there may be differences in color as they appear on the screen and their actual color. It is clarified that a deviation of 20% in the size or color tones of the garment or print does not constitute a reason for non-conformity.
The site management will make every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the site is accurate, but will not bear any responsibility arising from its inaccuracy.
When placing an order or registering on the site, you must enter personal information. Be sure to provide the correct information in order to ensure the correctness of the order.
It should also be noted that submitting false information is a criminal offense and anyone who does so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the email address entered on the site is the address they use. A transaction invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the user.
After completing the order and proceeding to the checkout, you must select the payment method. The site allows you to choose between payment via Paypal or by credit card, which is processed by Max. Payment can also be made by phone at: 052-6850865 or by cash payment upon arrival at the studio, or by transfer using the various applications: Bit/Pay/Paybox.
The delivery date will be determined from the moment the payment is confirmed by the credit card company. If the order is not honored by the credit card company, the studio will cancel the order.
The studio is not responsible for any delay in delivery for any reason beyond its control.
The customer has the right to cancel any order that has been placed. If the package has not yet been shipped, the customer will receive a full refund. If the package has been shipped, the customer will be refunded the value of the package minus the shipping fee (20 NIS) after the items have been received at the studio and are in the same condition as when they were shipped.
No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration was received, such as promotions or gifts.
The return of the products is the responsibility and expense of the customer.

Orders outside Israel
Compared to local orders that we prepare and ship from our studio, orders for other countries, in the US and Europe, are produced and shipped by local suppliers. As a result, there are some changes between the products sold in Israel and those shipped abroad.
Product design changes – For example, the cups in Israel come with a thin stripe on the rim of the cup, while abroad they come with a full interior color.
Different availability of products – Certain products, such as dresses for girls sewn at a local tailor, are only available in Israel.
Changes in a variety of colors and sizes – Depending on local inventory.
These changes are automatically displayed depending on the destination country you select on the site. Therefore, it is recommended to select the destination country at the beginning of browsing to see which products are available for purchase and relevant for shipping.
Return policy for orders outside Israel
An item purchased abroad cannot be returned to a local address in the destination country to which the package was ordered, but the item can be sent, if unused and in good condition, to our studio address in Israel, for a cash credit.

The studio is not responsible for use by the buyer that does not comply with the washing or manufacturer's instructions.
In any case, the studio will not bear any liability that exceeds the value of the purchased product.
The studio or anyone on their behalf is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to a surfer, a customer on the site, or a third party as a result of using or purchasing on the site.
The studio reserves the right not to approve an order due to incorrect details, due to an open debt or refusal by the credit card company, in cases where there was an error in the price of a product on the site, or for any reason that is not consistent with the regulations and shipping policy. In this situation, the studio will refund the customer for the order in full.
privacy
The privacy of our customers is important to us. Therefore, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users.
The studio does not store credit card numbers and is obligated not to provide personal information to third parties, including: ID numbers, credit card details, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or any other information.
Except in the following cases: (a) Upon request or express consent or upon registration for a specific service, such as providing details to the shipping company. (b) In the event that a judicial order is received to that effect. (c) If the company merges its operations or is acquired by another corporation and provided that the new recipient of the information accepts these Terms of Use in full. (d) As part of the provision of computing services to the website, such as hosting services or accounting and reporting systems.
Payments on the site are processed by Paypal or Max and Mashulam, which meet strict standards and international standards for information security procedures.
The site makes efforts to secure the information on the site as is customary in the market, however, the studio is not responsible for network failures, hardware failures, security breaches or malicious software.
The website uses automatic tools and cookies to characterize the user of the website, advertise and improve the browsing experience, by collecting data that collects information about the use of the website. This information includes but is not limited to: Internet service provider information, browser type, IP address, location time and usage while browsing the website.
The site sometimes displays links to external sites as part of collaborations. The site is not responsible for the content displayed on these sites, and anyone who uses these sites bears full responsibility for this.
